Plantation Lemon Squares

1 Cup butter
2 Cups flour
1/2 Cup powdered sugar
1/4 t. salt
4 eggs
2 Cups sugar
6 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 t. grated lemon rind
6 T. flour

Mix butter, flour, confectioners sugar and salt as for pie crust. Pat in 9x13" pan and bake for 20 min. Blend eggs, sugar, lemon juice, rind and flour and pour over crust. Bake 20-25 min longer. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. When cool cut in squares. Don't over-bake.
