Tuna Chowder

1 cup tuna
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic minced
3 T butter
1 Cup diced potatoes
1 Cup shredded carrots
2 Cups chic broth
1 1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
17 oz. can cream corn
13 oz can evap milk

Saute celery, onion, pepper, garlic until onion is transparent. Add potato, carrots broth, and cook til soft. Add corn, cream and fish. Heat and serve.
