Baked Fruit

Drain assorted fruit like peaches, pears, pineapple, apricots. You can use sliced, but I prefer halves. Lay fruit out in pyrex dish or fairly shallow casserole. I usually use a 9x13" pyrex dish.

Use equal amounts of butter and brown sugar. Melt them together and I like to add 1 t. curry powder sometimes. Pour on top of fruit.

Bake in 350 oven for about 30 minutes, or until it looks a bit caramelized. Replace with directions.
