Chicken on the Foreman Grill


Wash the chicken and pat it dry. Sprinkle generously with salt or whatever seasoning you like, like lemon pepper or garlic salt. Preheat the grill for 5-10 minutes and then spray with PAM. Add chicken and cook 5 min. Cut into the breast to see if it is done. If it is beef, I preheat the grill for 10 minutes. If it is chicken then 5 minutes.

I did some chicken breasts with skin and bones and washed them, shook them in flour and salt and then cooked them in the grill. They tasted like fried chicken ... yum. I had to cook them for about 10 or 12 minutes because they had bones and were thick. If your boneless breast looks very thin try cooking for 3 or 4 minutes and then check. You can always cook longer. Cut into it to make sure you won't be eating a pink piece of meat. It should be white and juicy.
