2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1/2 t. salt
6 eggs beaten

Preheat the skillet to 350+ degrees. Whip eggs, add salt, add dry ingredients and milk, whip good. Butter pan fairly well. Scant (i.e. a little less than) 1/2 cup batter in pan (makes 1 crepe), then tilt pan until batter is evenly distributed around the pan. Before cooking each crepe butter the pan.
