Rhonda's Oatmeal Coconut Crispy Cookies


1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1 t. soda
1 t. salt
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup coconut

Mix 1st 5 ingredients till creamed -- blend in flour, soda and salt. Then stir in rolled oats and coconut. Shape into 3 long rolls about 1 1/2" thick. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate till firm or put in freezer for few minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut into 1" slices and bake 6 minutes.
