About Us
Noel does the steps, Denise does the motivation
We both received our Bible training at Dallas Theological Seminary then specialized in different areas. Denise specialized in Christian Psychology and helps people with their motivation to study the Bible. I specialized in teaching and technology and help people with the steps of Bible study and provide an optional Bible app to use.
Out last name, Enete, is tricky. Out of the five letters, three of them are ‘E’s–the first one is long, the second one is short and the last one is silent. We have been married since 1972, have four grown children, and four grandchildren.

After Dallas Theological Seminary I completed my education with a Doctorate of Education and taught programming at UCI Extension and Bible at Dallas Bible College. This gave me the wealth of experience to design Spectrum Bible and make it helpful.
Technology
During the day I made my way up through the ranks in software programming. When I left corporate America I was Chief Architect of AOL. During the night I wrote my Spectrum Bible app. I have been convinced for a long time that a teacher who also programmed could create a software app that provided significant assistance to the average Bible reader.
Greek / Hebrew
I helped Lockman Foundation translate the 2020 New American Standard Bible (NASB). Also I made it my challenge to write my Spectrum Bible app in such a way that those who wanted to could “jump the wall” and have easy access to the Bible’s original Greek and Hebrew.
Together
God led Denise and me to combine our gifts and help people develop a personal time with Him. Denise focuses on strengthening your motivation and I take you through reading the Bible using 4 simple Flicker steps. For those who want extra help I also provide the free Spectrum Bible app which facilitates many aspects of Bible study..

Spectrum Bible
I designed and programmed the Spectrum Bible™ app from the ground up. It consists of 1 million lines of Objective-C code, has been in Apple’s App Store for 15 years, it has a 4.8 out of 5 star rating, and is free. It currently runs on iPhone, iPad, and Macs that have Apple Silicon. I am currently building the Android version.
I also lead the team of Greek & Hebrew professors that are creating Original Language Nuggets for Spectrum Bible™. These Nuggets provide easy access to the Bible’s original Greek, Hebrew, and Aramaic words.

Chief Architect
Dallas Theological Seminary: I began by creating the Computer Center for Dallas Theological Seminary and installing an IBM 4341 mainframe.
TRW: Then I worked my way up the chain in the computer industry to the position of Software Architect.
AOL: In AOL I was promoted to Chief Architect and worked in Research and Development creating new technology. I invented Video Messaging (patent #20030208543). I built the 1st radio system that could broadcast to large audiences over dialup modems. I Led the AOL-Apple joint venture for Video Messaging and the AOL-Sun joint venture for creating a screen phone. I was loaned out to Caltech to productionalize their AI routines for vision.
I left corporate America in 2006 to pursue ministry full-time.

Flicker Bible Study Teacher
Noel and I teach Flicker Bible Study to audiences in Southern California churches. The ladies groups I teach alone and the coed groups Noel and I teach together. I started when a young wife in our church asked me to teach her and her friends how to be godly and how to be better wives.

I had my own private Clinical Psychology practice in Seal Beach, California. I addressed a wide assortment of difficulties but my favorite thing was to integrate Bible principles with principles of good mental health.
I closed my private practice in 2006 to pursue ministry full-time with Noel.

Reviving Your 1st Love for God
God gives every believer a 1st Love for Him at the moment of salvation. You can see it in a new believer as he or she is eager to learn everything they can about their new faith. Unfortunately as a believer goes along “life happens” and often their 1st Love can temporarily be covered over. The Lockman Foundation asked me to translate Galatians, Philippians, and Colossians for the NASB 2020 Bible.
JAVA Jumpstart
During the early days of the Java programming language, Prentice Hall published this book on how to learn the language. UCI Extension picked up on the new book and asked me to teach Java programming to UCI Extension students.
